All orders are carefully reviewed, packed, and prepared for shipment before leaving our facility.
Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery windows by destination are:
- United States: 2–14 Business Days
- Canada: 5–14 Business Days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 Business Days
- Australia: 4–10 Business Days
- New Zealand: 6–12 Business Days

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to other destinations at this time.

Returns & Return Shipping
We want you and your pet to be happy. If you need to return an item, OurPetHouse covers all return shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return and we will provide a prepaid return label.
